Having been responsible for first Luas Line communication backbone, Alltec Fibre has worked on all subsequent Luas Lines and we are now currently working on the A1 Luas Line route. On the A1 line Alltec Fibre are responsible for all Communication Cabling and all Platform Electrical Installations and Platform Services.

Cable Installation: 95% External – 5% Internal

• Approx. 100km of backbone cabling linking tram stops.
• Approx. 60km of local power cabling feeding CCTV cameras, ticket vending machines, ticket validators, emergency phones, platform speakers, PIDS (Passenger Information Displays) etc.
