During the site survey and the initial consultancy service that Alltec Fibre offers its clients, it will discuss the project management of the proposed contract to ensure that the clients' requirements are carried out to the full. Alltec Fibre will also give the client the confidence and the knowledge that quality is assured and the need to entrust the project to the Alltec Fibre project manager.

Each project is managed on a day to day basis, in order to follow and see that all aspects of the quality assurance has been adhered to.

Delivery, implementation, and support is also managed by the project managers to ensure continuity and customer satisfaction.
